I was walking into work on the Greenway this morning when I saw a man walking his pet. This isn’t unusual - there’s normally a few people out doing the same thing. What was unusual about this man was that he was walking his CAT! He had one of those harness leasches hooked up to his big furball of a cat as it snopped its nose around a tree.

Am I ignorant - is this a normal occurance?
