   I am so happy…now i don’t have to smell like an ash tray when i leave the bar!!!

   People might complain about it now, but they will all be happy in the long run. You’ll especially appreciate it when you travel someplace that still allows smoking indoors, and you’ll wonder how you ever put up with it before.

   Good LUCK! I quit ‘cold turkey’ over 10 years ago. Never went back. It got old–or maybe I got older–it doesn’t look ‘glamor-puss’ to me now; just looks like someone doesn’t take care of themselves. Way to go!

    Hey, all - I actually didn’t quit Wed night. The photo was a reference to Minneapolis’ smoking ban that went into effect on Thursday. Wednesday was the last night you could smoke inside @ restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

    However, I am getting the patch this weekend and am going to make a solid attempt at it. I was on the patch once before and was down to 2 - 3 smokes a day. We’ll see how it works out this time
